Sales Associate Job Description:

  • Hours open: M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Needed Saturdays, flexible with chosen day off.
  • Complete Airstream training.
  • Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs
  • Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations
  • Help clients select the unit which best fits their needs
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
  • Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
  • Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication skills
  • Complete all Airstream training videos and pass training assessment.
  • Managing the new and pre-owned inventory spreadsheet. Making sure all the data is complete and accurate.
  • Making sure everything is accurate is on our various marketing channels.
  • Do interior prep of units when they arrive. Unbox stuff, put in wardrobe, stage unit.
  • Deliver tour for units purchased to new buyers. 
  • Misc. tasks assigned.

Pay:

  • $12.50 an hour, review after 90 days
  • Commission from Airstream of Wyoming for sales.
  • Commission from Airstream Inc for sales.
